Open House procedure for the procurement of energy advice through BAFA-certified energy efficiency experts
The open house process is an unclively approval procedure for a framework agreement,,that is open to all interested entrepreneurs during the contract term and in which the client himself does not make a selection between the offers. It is not subject to procurement law. Interested entrepreneurs can join the contract system throughout the term withoutthere is an offer evaluation in any form. The qualitative requirements for the services as well as the remuneration will be determined and made known in advance. Contract content, conditions and access procedures are not negotiable.
