Description:
The AOK Plus (hereinafter referred to as the client) provides its insured person as part of secondary prevention: "Healthy back", "movement and nutrition", "nutritional advice" and "mentally healthy". A separate announcement will be published for each of these offers. The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive framework agreements to provide secondary prevention services in accordance with Section 43 (1) No. 1 SGB V for the AOK Plus offer "Movement and Nutrition". With every interested company that within the participation period A request for participation submits and meets the requirements for participation, a framework agreement is concluded. The acceptance quantity is unknown when the framework agreement is concluded and, in particular Claim. Minimum acceptance quantities cannot therefore be guaranteed.
