- The AOK Plus (hereinafter referred to as the client) provides its insured person as part of secondary prevention: "Healthy back", "movement and nutrition", "nutritional advice" and "mentally healthy". A separate announcement will be published for each of these offers. The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive framework agreements to provide secondary prevention services in accordance with Section 43 (1) No. 1 SGB V for the AOK Plus offer "Food Consulting". With every interested company that is one within the participation period A request for participation and the prerequisites for participation is concluded, a framework agreement is concluded. The acceptance amount is unknown when the framework agreement is concluded and in particular depends on the extent to which the insured persons of the client use secondary prevention take. Minimum acceptance quantities cannot therefore be guaranteed. Interested companies (applicants) can access the participation documents via the link to the project space of the German award portal (DTVP) mentioned under point 5.1.11 of this announcement. This requires registration on the award platform (DTVP) and activation of the access to the project room by the client. Registration and activation to the project space is free of charge. The participation documents are to be filled out fully and via the "Communication" module in the project room of the award platform to submit. If there is no way to sign the framework agreement with qualified electronic signature, it must be submitted by hand by hand. In this case, the signed framework agreement is in advance as a scan to submit the "Communication" module with the other participation documents.
