Description:
The health insurance companies (whether HEK/hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the name of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with § 130a Para. 8 SGB V for the named active ingredients, combinations of active ingredients or dosage formen to close potencies. The contract is concluded as part of the open-house procedure:
Individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract periodgenerally lasts a maximum of 24 months, starting on April 1, 2023 at the earliest (possibly different starting times can be found in the information in the relevant ticket). The contract ends on March 31, 2024 at the latest (possible exceptions result from the information in the relevant lot), regardless of the date des conclusion of the contract. Joining this open house procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
