Description: The subject of the open planning competition is the preliminary planning of the new building of a multi-generation house with an event and meeting area as well as a youth and creative area with approx. 1,300 m2 of usable space (NF) and a five-group day-care center for 2 crèche groups (U3) and 3 kindergarten groups (Ü3) with approx. 1,300 m2 of usable space (NF) supplemented by an expansion area of 1,200 m2 as “area for social needs”. Of the area for social needs, 400 m2 should be able to be added as a potential expansion area for the day-care center, but it should also be usable autonomously. Another partial area of 800 m2 can be allocated to the multi-generation house and is intended to accommodate further social uses.
The associated open and play areas as well as the access and parking areas must be planned.
