Description:
As part of the area development of a former production location for textiles in Schmallenberg, the city of Schmallenberg intends to renovate the area and re -development of an area of around 7 hectares. For this purpose, the complete dismantling of the former production, warehouse and administration buildings including the expansion of the foundations and the absorption of soil seals in the open spaces is carried out. At the location, various soil contamination by LCKW and MKW are known, which are largely eliminated as part of the dismantling measure by conventional soil exchange. In a part of the property, there is a floor load by LCKW, which is not to be renovated by a conventional soil exchange, but by multi-phase extraction (MPE).
