Open procedure (EU-wide) for the award of security services for WE 141697 & WE 150567: ITZBund, Am Ehrenberg 8 and Otto-Hahn-Strasse 26 in 98693 Ilmenau, Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, Erfurt Directorate, VOEK 053-25
The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to: To meet the security needs of the employees of the guarded property. The property must be protected in accordance with the safety-related and required safety-relevant aspects in compliance with the applicable laws, guidelines and requirements. Property management • in single staff, • Monday to Friday (except public holidays, December 24th and 31st of each year) • reachable by telephone between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Stationary security service (gate service) • At Ehrenberg 8 and in Otto-Hahn-Strasse 26 • Each with a single staff, • Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, December 24th and December 31st of each year) • from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mobile security service (control patrols and precinct duty) • At Ehrenberg 8 and at Otto-Hahn-Strasse 26 • single-staffed.
