Open procedure (EU-wide) for the award of security services for WE 150143, Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK), Emil-Nolde-Strasse 7 in 53113 Bonn, Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, Dortmund Directorate, VOEK 078-25
Aim of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the employees of the guarded property. The property must be protected in accordance with the safety-related and required safety-relevant aspects in compliance with the applicable laws, guidelines and requirements. The Property management is carried out by the contractor: • in single staff, • Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, December 24th and 31st of each year) • between 6:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., available by telephone The stationary security service (gate service and patrols) is carried out by the contractor on site: • in double staff • Monday to Friday (except public holidays, December 24th and 31st of each year) • from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Manually kept guard book, use of personal emergency signal systems, flagging, person release video system The outdoor areas around the property, The entrance to the underground car park, the parking spaces in front of the main entrance as well as the foyer and the people control area in the gate area are under video surveillance. The video system must be operated on site by the security service employee during the scheduled working hours; it is not connected to the NSL.
