- The subject of this contract is the services of the Object Planning Performance Planning Sports Systems in accordance with the performance profile §§ 38 ff. HOAI of the HOAI 2021, for the general renovation of the Rudolf Harbig facility in Gruenstadt. The city of Gruenstadt is the owner of the Rudolf-Harbig facility in Gruenstadt. This Rudolf-Harbig facility is located on the northeastern edge of the urban area of Gruenstadt directly east of the track systems. The approximately 15 hectare free sports facility currently includes the following facilities: • A large playing field as a natural grass field with floodlights. • A large playing field (artificial turf pitch) • an artificial turf coward • Two tentacle places • Athletics system with career made of ash • Boule square • Development and sanitary building • open spaces such as access road, parking stations, gate facilities and grandstand. The complex is ongoing. In addition to the performance to be implemented here there are other construction and renovation services (see above) at the same time in implementation. The implementation of the local service must be coordinated with the other services in such a way that the ongoing operation is not impaired as possible. The closerness of the negotiation talks will be more detailed. For all planning aspects, it must be checked which components of the existing building fabric can be adopted from the inventory. For the goal of the client's objectives at the time of the conclusion of the contract (planning and monitoring goals within the meaning of Section 650p (2) BGB)- in the sense of one Contract to work contracts - the following minimum requirements defined: Commissioned scope of services is the provision of planning services of service phases 1 to 9, which releases the performance profile Object planning (§ 39 HOAI in connection with Appendix 11 to Sections 39 (4), 40 (5) HOAI).
