• Description:
• The mandatory use of the high railway tools in the company ensures transparency in the company, including documentation (Confluence), ITSM processes (Jira) and monitoring (MS Azure). The service provider thus provides the elevated railway dedicated, trained and named Azure experts named ready. Furthermore, a service delivery manager is to be made available to ensure the operational management, SLA compliance, reporting and escalation control. The operation takes place according to the high -altitude requirements and, if possible, according to the Microsoft Azure standards such as Zero Trust Security, API First, Operation as Code. The company actually includes the infrastructure operation (server, storage, container, DB, middleware, new Azure Services) as well as the basic operation for approx. 80 applications and the SAP basis for 3 SAP landscapes. Next to the Operation of the applications that have already been migrated also requires Hochbahn support in transformation according to its specifications. The communication language with the Hochbahn is German, all tickets and documentaries are conducted in German. In the scope of the award are only the Operating services. The Hochbahn enhances the Azure Consumption/ Subscription via its own separate contract. The Hochbahn is interested in a long -standing partnership with the service provider who has already had experience in the unit model described. It sees as an advantage Hochbahn when the service provider comes native from the company environment of the large hyperscals and focuses on public cloud services.
