Description:
The Ruhr University Bochum (hereinafter: "client") leases and operates a combined heat and power plant with a cumulative electrical output of 8.7 MW (2 modules of 4,350 kwel) in the heating center at the Technical Center location (hereinafter: "CHP"). The created Heat is sold to third parties. With the exception of the CHP consumption, the amount of electricity generated is fully fed in commercial and account and marketed by an external service provider. As part of this tender, the client is looking for a company that takes over the technical management for the CHP systems. Three years are scheduled as a fixed contract period (01.01.2026 to 31.12.2028) and a two -time extension option One year each.
