- The three-field sports hall on Reissiger Strasse in Plauen, right next to the Lessing-Gymnasium, is the center for indoor sports as well as for width, marginal and trend sports in the Vogtland district. Divide into three separate fields. Mobile grandstands on the long sides create a competitive play area for almost all ball sports. The space available is supplemented by a weight room, a gymnastics area, an approximately 11 m high climbing area as well as additional club and Office space. The hall has a total of 2,000 grandstand seats, including ten mobile -handed places, four mobile telescopic tribils with 448 seats and all -round grandstand on the upper floor for 1,552 spectators. The adjacent parking space sometimes serves as a multifunctional Outdoor sports area and partly as a lounge area. The client strives for an economic and needs-based building operation with an experienced, powerful facility management service provider. This includes the lease and overall cover of the Dreisfeld sports hall, the preservation and the increase in value of the property, the guarantee of operational safety and occupational safety as well as the provision of the technical systems for the respective purpose.
