Description:
The state office leases the canteen in the office building at Reideburger Straße 47 in 06116 Halle (Saale). A lease term of 4 years is planned.
The canteen's task is to offer employees at least two tasty, balanced, sufficient, inexpensive and - usually - warm lunches (at least one vegetarian or vegan menu) during the lunch break.
The tenant takes over the management of a canteen sales facility in the LAU on the basis of a lease agreement to be concluded in accordance with the guidelines for canteens at authorities and institutions of the state of Saxony-Anhalt (Appendices 13 and 14).
Basic canteen opening times: Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The catering operation should be carried out by delivering the finished food components in warming containers and fresh salads in salad boxes. It is important to ensure a varied and high-quality menu.
A distribution kitchen with kitchen components for fresh preparation is available for this purpose.
The tenant takes over the catering under his own economic responsibility and at his own risk...
