The aim is to operate and serve the existing Cisco UCC infrastructures including various applications, as well as to migrate the existing Cisco purchase licenses into the corresponding Cisco Flex Plan licenses.
Currently there are 10 Cisco call managers on a central redundant Server platform operated for around 30,000 users at around 300 locations.
Lot 2Managed Service Firewall
With the advertised service areas, the contractor is to operate and support the installed Juniper firewall platform of the Juniper SRX4100 type including the Junos management platform Take over space for the client's existing UCC infrastructure (Lot 1).
Lot 3Project control UCC solution
Object monitoring and project management during the migration of the existing Cisco Call Manager UCC infrastructure including the corresponding applications at the client's locations.
The The contract comes into force when the contract is awarded.
- The system contract (Lot 1) runs until June 30, 2030.
- The service contract (lot 2) runs until February 28, 2029.
- The service contract (Lot 3) runs until June 30, 2030.
