- Lot 1UCC solution The aim is to operate and serve the existing Cisco UCC infrastructures including various applications, as well as to migrate the existing Cisco purchase licenses into the corresponding Cisco Flex Plan licenses. There are currently 10 Cisco call manager operated on a central redundant server platform for around 30,000 users at around 300 locations. Lot 2Managed Service Firewall With the advertised service areas, the contractor is intended to take care of the operation and support of the Installed Juniper firewall platform type Juniper SRX4100 including Junos Space management platform for the client's existing UCC infrastructure (Lot 1). Lot 3Project control UCC solution Property monitoring and project management the migration of the existing Cisco Call Manager UCC infrastructure including the corresponding applications at the client's locations. The contract comes into force when the contract is awarded. - The system contract (Lot 1) runs until June 30, 2030. - The service contract (lot 2) runs until February 28, 2029. - The service contract (Lot 3) runs until June 30, 2030.
