- The SEB and the municipality of Grosspoesna are planning the common city of Umland project on Lake Stoermthaler. The development area, which is determined in the land use plan of the municipality as a special area for recreation, which extends to approx. 32 hectares, includes next to the areas to be claimedalso the functional relationships and connections among these. The sub-area intended for the project comprises approximately 9 hectares and, as a tourism and leisure location, is intended to be a monitored beach area, restaurant and snack offers, play and storage places, a building of integration assistance,Association offers for all people, an attendance therapy and an inclusive campsite combine. In addition to the topics of sustainability, ecological construction and the use of renewable energies, a central topic is the concept of the concept of "double inclusion", i. h.
