Operation IT SYTEME HIL
With the present tender, Hil GmbH pursues the goal of handing over the full operational operation of its central and decentralized IT systems in the responsibility of an external IT service provider. The aim is to ensure a highly available, powerful, economically efficient and safety-compliant IT service provision-taking into account all relevant requirements for data protection, information security (including VS-NFD) and legal requirements.
The core of the project is the takeover and continuation of all IT services that have so far been provided by an external service provider, as well as their migration to a data center environment operated by the new contractor. In the course of this, the company is completely in a new, dedicated infrastructure of the AN transferred, with selected special hardware components are provided by the client (AG).
Special scope of delivery and services
The AN assumes the holistic responsibility for operation, control, monitoring and further development of a complex IT system landscape with around 3,650 users, Over 3,000 IT end devices and a server landscape with around 500 systems. The too forgiven-performance extends:
