The bidder provides a joint accommodation in 17291 Prenzlau. The service provider provides a recording capacity of at least 400 to a maximum of 520 places for the preliminary accommodation and accommodation -specific migration -specific social care.
Operation of a Community accommodation for the accommodation and support of asylum seekers and refugees in Prenzlau
Management, provision, operating, accommodated migration social work, security and security measures as well as organization of the process in the community accommodation are in the Sole responsibility of the contractor. The district of Uckermark expects the bidder to take over and fulfill the accommodation and accommodate migration -specific social care of the residents in particular under the following statements: - Read or manufacture of a corresponding Property in accordance with § 9 LaufNGDV (Annex 9) and ensuring sufficient and adequate equipment of the community accommodation in accordance with the minimum conditions for the operation of community accommodation (Appendix 10). - by the contractor, the minimum standards of social support are to ensure that the migration social work (UMSA) is accommodated by the accommodation in accordance with Section 3 of the LaufNGDV.
