Description:
As a federal government, BVVG privatizes agricultural and forestry space in the 5 new federal states. Processes related to the privatization order, such as accounting, controlling and human resources management, are in an already operated SAP ERP systemwith the FI, AA, PSM, CO and HCM modules with the release SAP ERP 6.0 as an integrated system and a Fiori portal application (hereinafter also called SAP ERP system of the BVVG). The BVVG itself is the owner of the necessary licenses, but leaves the SAP system from a service provideroperate, wait, look after and develop. The service described above, on the start of operations 29.9.2025, 6 a.m., is to be re-awarded and, if the DL is changed, the previous migration of the existing SAP system from 01.07.2025.
Operation, maintenance and care andFurther development of the SAP system of the BVVG
As part of the operation of the SAP system, the service provider provides the following services:
• Provision and operation of the hardware and software components required for the functions of the SAP system,
• Migration of the existing SAP systemthe BVVG until 28.09.2025,
• The operation of this SAP system of the BVVG from September 29, 2025 06:00 (online operation),
• Provision and operation of the WAN connection from the SAP machines to the headquarters of the BVVG,
