Description:
The G.E.R.N. GmbH is commissioned with the task of coordination and implementing the establishment of a future -proof broadband network infrastructure in the local areas of the municipality of Ernsgaden and the city of Geisenfeld. It intends to set up a future -proof constructionBroadband network infrastructure and its operation by a cooperation partner in the so -called operator model. The development is gradually carried out in several expansion clusters and various construction phases.
The aim of the selection process in question is to award a service concession to aTelecommunications companies for the operation and the maintenance of a broadband network infrastructure along with the provision of telecommunications services in accordance with §§ 1 ff. COMMGV.which relate to the operation of the passive broadband infrastructure in the relevant capable cluster.
