Description:
The subject of this tender is the operation of public lighting in the city of Gladbeck. The city of Gladbeck intends to reassign the expiring lighting contract for the operation of public lighting from January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2041 forgive. The public lighting operator is responsible in particular for the technical management, maintenance and repair, energy efficiency measures and the renewal, construction and dismantling of the lighting systems. The operator is therefore not due to a purely event-related activity, but rather to the lighting success as a whole. The tender does not include a transfer of ownership of the fixed assets used for lighting. The city of Gladbeck is and will remain Owner of the lighting systems. However, it grants the winning bidder free authorization to use the lighting systems to carry out the contract. Street-lighting maintenance services (CPV code: 50232100)
