Technical building management The property consists of 1 coherent building complex with 8 parts of the building. The area to be supervised is approx. 44 792.73 m2 (BGF). The following technical systems include: - Heat supply center including local heating network and Transfer stations in the buildings, central ventilation systems and central/decentralized climate analysis for air-technical treatment of archive rooms, rooms for working for film and sound carriers; Sanitary wing, process air); - Sanitary facilities including wastewater and lifting systems,- fire extinguishing systems, In particular, gas extinguishing systems-elevator systems,-complete electrical engineering of the buildings indoors and outdoors,-transformer stations with main/sub-distribution and network replacement systems,-central building management technology with DDC sub-stations-safety-related systems (including fire alarm systems, Burglary detection systems, video technology systems, communication technology, working time recording).
