Description:
The subject of the procedure is the operation of an ice sports center in the Kuppelhalle north of the former wholesale market hall Leipzig ("Ice Sports Center") based on a 4-year contract with a three-time extension option of one year for the landlord Operator obligation. The draft rental agreement with an operator obligation is attached as Appendix II.
The rental area is located in the Nordhalle and the adjacent rooms and areas of the north dome hall of the Kohlrabizkirkus. The exact representation of the rental object results from the plants 2.1, 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3 and 3 to the rental agreement (Appendix II). The client and landlord will carry out further expansion work on the areas during the upcoming debt enforcement period / rental contract period. The details of the expansion and rental areas are based on Appendix II Included draft rental contract, especially Appendix 6.
The client is an annual fee as part of the rental agreement to offer, whose marketability must be stated. The contractor manages, operates and market the contract object in own Names, on your own account and at your own economic risk.
