Service contract -
Operator contract for the city parking garages of the city of Ratingen
The client transfers the contractor on the basis of of this agreement the subsequent parking systems for management ("contractual object"). The object of the contract consists of it Parking facilities Wallhoefe, town hall, Wallpassage, Arkadenhof, media center and the Kirchgasse car park. The subject of the contract also includes the entire structural equipment as well as the entire technical and factual operating facility of the parking facilities. Part of the object of the contract In addition, the entrances and departures, entrances and exits, business routes as well as approaches and outputs serve the parking facilities.
