Description:
F&W plans the transformation (Greenfield approach) from the existing SAP ERP to S/4HANA. The project plan stipulates that the contract for the surcharge is expected in November 2025 and the operational project work can begin.
The entire project is implemented as a closed unit (basic system), Without a subdivision in expansion stages.
The basic system consists of the topics:
- Finance accounting
- Controlling
- procurement and warehousing
- Immobile management and maintenance

Opera control and organizational management
Operate Health management
The aim is to transfer the basic system to operational operation from 01.01.2028. Afterwards there is a start -up support of three Months planned.
In addition, system extensions, e.g. the introduction of SAP Successfactors, are expressly not part of the award. For F&W, however, it is of outstanding importance that the introduction the basic system supports a further expansion of the system.
