Description:
In order to meet the legal requirements - in accordance with the current requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the FFA is looking for a suitable contractual partner for the provision of services and the appointment of an externalData protection officers. The external data protection officer should advise, support and support the specifications from the GDPR and the BDSG - to ensure that the data protection officers are relevant to data protection.

The ongoing support of the FFA as an external data protection officer should be with a monthlyThe extent of an average of 1.50 personal days. The circumference must not exceed 18 days of personal days per year. However, if the monthly budget occurs, the FFA consent must be obtained beforehand.
