Description:
The object of the service is the organization and implementation of the "Open Farm Day" in Saxony for the years 2024 to 2026. The main goal of the project is to motivate a large number of agricultural businesses of all types of ownership and size to participate in open farm days,to open their farm gates to visitors and give them an insight into agricultural production processes and agricultural services. Furthermore, a central opening event must be organized with a selected farm and other partnersen and carry out. Regular information about the events must be provided on a website that is released for processing by the client or, alternatively, is operated by the contractor and coordinated with its content. For the implementation (including preparation and follow-up) of the "Day of"open farm" includes: the following service components - the acquisition and support of the participating farms, - the development and implementation of a central opening event in each year in a Saxon host company, - the content creation of contributionsfor public relations, - the evaluation and follow-up of the "Open Farm Day".
