- Description:
- An area that is currently predominantly used for agricultural purposes (approx. 180 hectares) is to be developed for commercial use. The prerequisite for moving forward with the planning is knowledge about the subsoil structure, the load-bearing capacity of the subsoil, chemical pollution and infiltration capacity. The exploration work and sampling required for this will be put out to tender as part of a combined, orientating contaminated site and subsoil investigation.
The investigation of potential contamination in relevant soil horizons according to BBodSchG and possible enrichmentsin the seepage route due to the former use of the area as a sewage field area are the subject of the preliminary investigation.
