Osnabrueck District Hall / Comprehensive building renovation and modernization (1st BA) - Drywall work (VE 1,328)
For the Osnabrueck district center, which was built at the beginning of the 1980s, it was determined that the building needed to be extensively renovated, resulting from changing requirements for the building changed legal framework conditions and regulations.
The implementation of this construction measure is divided into four construction phases and is carried out at different times.
The subject of this procurement procedure are the drywall work required for the first construction phase. Implementation is expected to begin in January 2026.
The main services are:
* approx. 3,000 square meters of drywall
* approx. 4,500 sqm acoustic/suspended ceiling
* approx. 8,000 m ceiling frieze
* approx. 13 dividing wall systems
They apply The following minimum requirements for the suitability (performance) of the bidders:
* Annual turnover for the last three years: at least EUR 800,000 per year
* Total number of employees: at least 6
* Reference projects: At least one completed reference project in an office building with a Contract value of at least EUR 750,000 (net) as well as at least two completed reference projects with a contract value of at least EUR 250,000 (net).
