- S.A. Section 2.1: The district of Spree-Neisse plans to develop a future campus for future-proof technical training in Rosenstadt Forst (Lausitz) with the renewal and expansion of OSZ 1 SPN. The OSZ 1 SPN is present presentMore than 1,100 trainees for 265 companies in the state of Brandenburg in a total of 23 different commercial-technical professions of industry and the craft with the following focus: electronics technicians (IT system electronics technicians, industrial electrics), mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic(Sanitary/heating/air conditioning technology), IT specialist. In addition, the OSZ 1 SPN ensures the school part of the vocational training of the following 4 dual courses at the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg: 1st mechanical engineering with construction or industrial mechanics; 2. Industrial engineering withConstruction or industrial mechanic; 3. Electrical engineering with electronics engineering; 4. Electrical engineering with energy and building technology. In cooperation with the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, OSZ 1 offers the possibility of double qualification for 5 job profiles, with which the conclusion of theUniversity of Applied Sciences can be achieved during vocational training. With the redesign / expansion of the OSZ, the increased requirements and expectations of the young people should have their training and the changed training content in the context of digitization and technological developmentBolded and a contribution to regional skilled workers will be made. The following measures are planned for a corresponding funding: upgrading three teaching building complexes of OSZ 1 SPN in Forst (Lausitz) with usage areas of 9,825 sqm, including 3 listed buildings(House A, B and C).
