Description:
The subject of this tender is the allocation of the services of the technical equipment in accordance with HOAI §55, plant groups 4 to 6 and 8 according to HOAI §53 for the renewal and expansion of the SPREE-Neisse upper level (hereinafter referred to as OSZ 1 SPN).
The measure includes renovation and upgradingas well as the conversion of the 3 buildings of OSZ 1 SPN Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 14-16 and Janickestrasse 32, 03149 Forst with the following parts of the building:
-House A with a NUF (inventory) of approx. 2,400 sqm
-House B-C with a NUF (inventory) of approx. 3,340 sqm
-House D-E with a Nuf (existing approx.Construction parts of OSZ 1 are under monument protection.Dormitory for 130 residents with a usable area of approx. 4,000 sqm planned.
Finally, with a corresponding landscape architectural concept, the environment of the OSZ is to be developed into an attractive sustainable and energy-strong campus with a car parking deck for a total of 100 carsare being assigned.
