Description:
The city of Neuss intends to re-award service concessions for advertising on public (dedicated) and partly on private areas of the city, including advertising in WH, with effect from July 1, 2026 in two lots with a term of 15 years. The award takes place as follows Lot division or the following service concessions:
—Lot 1 - Large digital screens, small digital screens, city light boards/mega lights, city light poster display cases and large glued surfaces, advertising pillars (general/full locations), collection notice systems, mast signs (permanent and... alternating advertising)
—Lot 2 Clocks
The outdoor advertiser is permitted to erect the specified types, maximum numbers and formats of advertising media within the framework of the concession (subject to the issuance of the building permits required in individual cases), to maintain/operate them and to deliver them in accordance with the contract to use defined locations:
Format nine (9) to ten point five (10.5) m2, landscape; from the seventh large digital screen onwards, a reduction of one large glued area (mono base) in a ratio of 1:1;
—Small digital screens: up to 12; Format 4/1 (analog side), 70 up to 84" (digital side), upright); of which up to 7 are free-standing (from the sixth digital small screen each by reducing a City Light poster display case (free-standing) in a ratio of 1:1 or an advertising column in a ratio of 1:1) and up to 5 integrated in WH (each by reducing one City-Light-P...
