• Project description The municipalities of Ralingen, together with the Verbandsgemeinde of Trier-Land, are planning to build a community center to accommodate various functions in one location. The starting point is the community center, which is now in need of renovation. There is already a large square-like parking space in front of the community center. The following functions are to be accommodated at this location: 1. Community center with adapted uses (local community operator) 2. Edingen and Godendorf fire brigade (Operator VG Trier Land) The joint location is intended to develop synergies as follows: 1. Adaptation of the functions of the community center to today's needs, including shared use of the existing premises for the fire department. 2. Shared use of the existing infrastructure/outdoor facilities. Current project status The local community of Ralingen is planning to convert the existing community center there. This planning is currently in phase 2 - preliminary draft. The Trier-Land municipality is planning to build a new fire station. This planning is currently in phase 4, with the building application being received by the district administration in October. Both buildings form an ensemble for one Outdoor space planning is required. Architectural services for outdoor areas (CPV code: 71222000)
