- The municipality of Nalbach is currently planning to build a new daycare center in the Piesbach district. To plan the surrounding open spaces with the establishment of an age-appropriate children's playground in the outdoor area, including the structural installations, as well as the creation of paths, squares and green spacesarea, the services of outdoor area planning are awarded in accordance with Section 39 HOAI. The daycare center is to be built on an almost flat area on the outskirts of the town that was previously used for agricultural purposes (behind a row of houses parallel to Main Street 1-9). The max. II-story building is intended for approx58 children in 8 kindergarten groups (including creche places). The community of Nalbach has set itself the benchmark of being a zero-emissions community. This results in special requirements with regard to sustainable construction in planning and execution, which also apply to the new buildingecological, economic and economic, as well as socio-cultural and functional aspects. A development plan is currently being drawn up.
Regarding the schedule, it can be assumed that planning work will begin immediately after the contract is awardeden must.
