Description:
The subject of the measure is the redesign/upgrading of the approximately 10,000 m2, unused public open space in the area of the Blessskirche in Auguste-Viktoria-Allee 17 in the Reinickendorf district of Berlin. The aim is to the central and largest freedom on the axis of the Auguste-Viktoria-Allee To upgrade and to create leisure, lever, movement and educational offers for all population and age groups. With this tender, a suitable planning office for the performance profile is sought for the implementation.
Free system planning to qualify the environment of the Blessing church in Berlin Reinickendorf
The following services according to HOAI 2021 must be provided by the planning office:
Performance free facilities (§ 39ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Appendix 11.1):
- basic services in the service phases 2 - 8
Special performance in accordance with Annex 11.1 HOAI:
- Create one Proof of flood for land
- Creation and submission of tree felling applications
- profitability investigations
Additional performance:
- Implementation of a participation project
