Outer Sulzbacher Str. 62, Museum of Industrial Culture, partial renovation

The museum consists of 2 levels (ground floor and basement) and is approximately 6000 m2 in size. It is an industrial building. The museum is a special building and is assigned to building class 3 according to BayBO. It is a unique monument.

ImAs part of the partial renovation, some rooms in the museum and parts of the outer shell will be upgraded
- Sealing of the damp northern outer wall to ensure the stability of the gravity wall
- Structural redesign of some rooms
- Renovation of the south facade (consisting ofs Steel construction, visible from the inside out with
brick masonry in between) and the roof with regard to ventilation, external impact, access security and building physics
-Fire protection technology upgrade

Start of the measure: April 2024
Completion at the end of 2025
