Description:
The main department IT and media technology (HA ITM) on Bavarian radio supports the IT equipment of approx. 10,000 jobs and systems, based on Microsoft technology (Windows operating systems). In this context, the provision of applications is central from the The main administration in Munich for all locations of the Bavarian Radio. The EWS/application provision (AWB) provides standardized applications on mobile and inpatient devices regardless of platform. Main applications (such as MS-Office) are also Virtual and thus offered hardware and location regardless of location. The applications are provided on the basis of a central asset management system and standardized change processes (see ITIL), the controlling of which is tracked via reporting tools.
