Description:
Renewal of the electrical installations in the area of the basement, stairwells and strands. New installation of the electrical systems in approx. 80% of the apartments. Installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof areas.
Expansion of the existing BK network and preparation of the apartments for the use of Light wave ladders (multimedia equipment). These services are also advertised in an explanatory electrical work, but are commissioned separately by Netze GmbH.

Type and scope of the performance:
Main electricity systems consisting of house connection, main distribution and main lines renewed.
The measuring devices are centralized in the KG. You will receive a reserve counter for the PV system.
The circuit distributors are led to the sub-distribution via a climbing point per strand in the apartment corridors. This climbing point also includes empty pipes for the Communication technology described below.
