Description:
Expert 2: Scaffolding and facade work Establishment of a facade slip for the construction work on the facade and on the roof. Disassembly of the existing thermal insulation composite system including plaster and assembly of new thermal insulation with a listed top plaster. Renewal of window sheets and Bramble covers on balconies, painter and masonry work.

Scope of performance
In addition, all the necessary scaffolding work is part of the service, one, one, converting, converting and dismantling of the scaffolding, for the safe execution of the Fassa and demolition work. Preparatory measures for underground processing as well as the renewal of the balcony drafts and the dismantling of all case lines on roofs and balconies are also compassed.

Dismantling of the existing ETICS: approx. 9,000 m2
Preparation of the facade substrates
Delayation of all balcony coverings and rebuild
Dismantling of all case lines on roofs and balconies
New construction of ETICS: approx. 7,500 m2
Scaffolding work: approx. 11,000 m2
4. Construction phase (BA)
Dismantling of the existing ETICS: approx. 8,600 m2
Preparation of the facade substrates
