The client and the participating municipalities expect very implementation-oriented service provision with clearly communicable results. The need for action in city and town centers is well known in local administrations and political committees. Provideda sustainable structure and political decisions, an inter-municipal company based on a project portfolio should, if possible, act as a player in the real estate market as early as 2025. The following services in five work packages are planned and are in close coordination with the contractemployers and municipalities: Development of an implementation model ready for decision-making for an organisationally, legally and economically viable inter-municipal company for real estate project development in 5 work packages in close coordination with the client and municipalities: 1 - Analysis phase (Work package 1, work share approx. 5%)
2 - Concept phase (Work package 2, work share approx. 50%)
3 - Preparation for the start-up and operation phase (Work package 3, work share approx. 25%)
4 - Participation and information ( Work package 4, work share approx. 10%)
5 - Work organization (work packagest 5, work share approx. 10%)
