Description: Entversion Multifunctional area P3 (Parking + event) The Karlsruhe Messe intends to secure the east facilities and technically advantages. The approximately 80,000 m² area is currently used as a temporary parking space for the exhibition center and as a temporary event area for outdoor events. The surface currently consists of meadows and sanded access roads. In the course of the construction project, the area is to be available as a permanent, all year usable parking space as well as for the use of outdoor events. The construction project for this, multifunctionally usable area, includes the traffic development, the expansion for about 2,500 parking spaces as well as the installation and installation of event-related infrastructures. On an adjoining property, an old airport landing train is to be built in the course of environmental protection and a reconstruction obligation.
