- Painting and painting work according to DIN 18 363 The former grain storage building on the grounds of the Berlin port and warehouse (Behala) was converted in 1994/1995 to store archive stocks of the secret state archive and library stocks of the State Library. So 2 additional stairwells were installed and masonry partitions were built to separate offices. Roll shelves were installed in the magazines in the basement. Part of this list of services are the painting work on the walls, doors, pods, plinths and ramming protection strips In the stairwells, toilets and in the hallway 103. The base band strips must be renewed on the main and intermediate platforms and on the stairs. In the magazines in the KG, the existing PVC strips must be removed and to dispose of. New, 6 cm high base strips are to be made as a paint. The floors receive an epoxy resin coating. Special information The painting work on walls and floors is limited to individual rooms and parts of stairwells: - Magazine R 001 and 005, KG - TH 2: KG, 1st DG - Th 3. EG, 3. / 5. Construction is carried out under the conditions of a partially running company. Therefore, the following must be taken into account in the calculation: - required drying processes for the weekend Planning - minimizing dust and noise pollution - Safe protection of the windows and doors - Material transport via ramp - vertical transport in the building via lifts in stairwells (protective measures required) - special caution for transports in the area of access, factory traffic Construction water- And construction current (16 a) are provided by the AG free of charge.
