  The office building in Vioel today consists of two parts of the building, an old building from 1980 and an extension2017.
  The old building has considerable structural defects. After a basic determination and creation of a redevelopment concept, the Office of Office decided in autumn 2024 against the renovation of the old building. Instead, a partial new building with a connection to the part of the building from 2017 (further"Existing building"). In the new building, approximately 17 office space (single, double and three-fold offices), a citizen service area, a meeting room, three meeting rooms, a social room and corresponding toilet and technology rooms are planned.
  The connection of the new building to the south end of the existing building shouldvia a closed bridge on the 1st floor (distance between the building bodies 5m). An extension for two garages and an archive room should be carried out to the west end of the existing building. The existing building must be technically (electricity, heating, internet, etc.) to the new building. AfterThe old building is to be completed, the property is to be torn down and parking spaces for employees and visitors are created on the area.
