Description:
The farm building, which was also called Backhausmuehle in parallel to the Doberan monastery church in the 13th century, and also after the secularization of the Cistercian monastery, continuously fell victim to a fire in spring 1979. Since then the northern part has been a ruin without a roof next tothe southern part with an emergency roof. Only the mill cultivation was largely spared. In the past 30 years, various selective repairs such as B. the securing of the northern gable.
About the federal budget in the coming years there are considerable funds for theSecuring and renovation of the building ready. In the first construction phase, the subject of this tender, the inventory is secured, a new roof is produced or renewed over the mill cultivation and the prerequisites for an expansion to establish different uses.
TheProject goals are explained in detail in the 2019 project draft (both of Angelis & Partner), as well as the description of measures for the construction application. The possible uses were shown in the draft. The further plans are based on this, since it is at the same time that through theCity council is dealing with the usage concept.
The second construction phase is only realized after the funding commitment.
The building is currently only equipped with a power connection on the ground floor of the southern part.
All plant groups have to be re -planned and installed.
