Description:
In the course of the educational development planning (BEP), the city of Muelheim is planning to expand the Steigerweg primary school. The existing GGS Steigerweg will be expanded by a three -tier school to a four -day primary school.
Due to the existing old trees, thePlacement and design of the
structure restricted. The coordinated preliminary drafting planning provides for a 3-storey
new building building with a single-storey auditorium in the north. Here the existing
Bolzplatz is dismantled. Along the western property boundary, the new building
extends from the connectionTo the southernmost existing building up to the area of the football field.
The building is built as a single -tanner. In the northern course, the linear building body gives way to the building stock and runs in a shutdown.
