Passenger transport with buses according to the PBefG, MVV - regional bus line 703, correction to the prior information already published on the TED website from December 23rd, 2022, with the number 2022/S 248-715479
This prior information is a correction to the already published announcement the TED websitee dated 23/12/22, with the number 2022/S 248-715479.
The Dachau district as the responsible body, represented by the Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to provide the transport services of the MVV -Regional bus route 703 with effect from December 15, 2024 bis to be tendered Europe-wide on December 9th, 2028 in the open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007).
- Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 703: Erdweg (S) - Unterweikertshofen - Hoefa Odelzhausen and back
The use of sub-Entrepreneurs are permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. Reference is made to Article 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007.
