Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus route 369
The Bad Toelz-Wolfratshausen district as the responsible body, represented by Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to provide the MVV-Regiona transport servicelbus route 369 to be tendered Europe-wide in an open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV with effect from December 14th, 2025 to December 11th, 2027. If the relevant decisions are made, there is an option to extend the contract for up to one year (by December 9, 2028 at the latest).

In advance of the above-mentioned procedure, the district of Bad Toelz-Wolfratshausen as the responsible body, represented by Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to suspend the transport services of the MVV regional bus line 368 with effect from July 7th.2025 to be advertised throughout Europe in an open procedure by December 13, 2025. A timely advance announcement is not possible without the risk of interrupting traffic (emergency allocation).
