Description:
Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus route 690
The district of Freising as the responsible body, represented by Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to increase the transport performance of the MVV regional bus route to 690 mwith effect from December 13th, 2026 to December 10th, 2033 in the open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)).
- Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 690: Garching, research center (U) - Eching (S) East - Neufahrn (S) - Garching, research center. (U)
The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. Reference is made to Article 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007.
Quantity and value of the service:
- approx. 640,039Nwkm/a
- 6 new vehicles 12 m low-floor (electric)
- approx. 22 stops
- estimated value without VAT: range from 2,736,000 to 3,040,000 EUR.
Low-floor buses with emission-free drives (electric buses) are required in accordance with the " Clean Vehicles Directive."
