• Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus routes 833 and 860 Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 833: Eichenau (S) Nord - Olching, elementary school - Olching (S) - Olching, Cronenbergstrasse and regular service on the MVV regional bus route 860: Freiham (S) - Puchheim Ort - Eichenau (S) Nord - Olching (S) - Graßlfing, Georgenstraße The district of Fürstenfeldbruck as the responsible body, represented by Münchner Verkehrs und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to Approval of the responsible committees and subject to a funding commitment or funding granted for the procurement of emission-free buses that provide transport services on the MVV regional bus routes 833 and 860 with effect from December 9th, 2029 to December 10th, 2039 open tender procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)). Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 833: Eichenau (S) North - Olching, primary school - Olching (S) - Olching, Cronenbergstraße and regular service on the MVV regional bus line 860: Freiham (S) - Puchheim Ort - Eichenau (S) Nord - Olching (S) - Graßlfing, Georgenstraße. The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself.
