• Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus routes 862 and 863 Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 862: Fürstenfeldbruck (S) [R] - Eichenau (S) North - Puchheim (S) South and Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 863: Buchenau (S) - Fürstenfeldbruck, air base - Eichenau (S) North The district of Fürstenfeldbruck as the responsible body, represented by Münchner Verkehrs und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends to do so, subject to the approval of the responsible committees and subject to one Funding commitment or funding granted for the procurement of emission-free buses to tender the transport services on the MVV regional bus routes 862 and 863 with effect from December 9th, 2029 to December 10th, 2039 in the open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (Competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)). Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 862: Fürstenfeldbruck (S) [R] - Eichenau (S) North - Puchheim (S) South and regular service on the MVV regional bus line 863: Buchenau (S) - Fürstenfeldbruck, Air Base -Eichenau (S) North. The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. On Art. 4 Para. 7 VO 1370/2007 is referenced.
